Clara, a leading spend management platform in Latin America, seeks a Key Account Manager to cultivate client relationships and drive business growth. The Key Account Manager will manage and prospect new companies. They will also develop sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio analysis strategies, and execute sales and marketing plans with partners. They will do sales forecasting and be the commercial contact with existing and new clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing sustainable relationships with companies.
  • Positioning Clara as the foremost spend management company.
  • Managing and prospecting new companies.
  • Developing sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio analysis strategies.
  • Developing & executing sales and marketing plans.
  • Sales forecasting and commercial contact with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of KAM/CSM experience in a B2B Model.
  • Financial or banking sector experience.
  • Experience onboarding B2B clients.
  • Structured thinking and focus on results.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Innovator spirit.
  • Experience being a: FANTER (Farmer & Hunter)
  • ERP connections, financial budgeting, and modeling skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at C-level.
