Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a passionate Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Köln. This role is pivotal in transforming and digitizing the healthcare industry, contributing to Doctolib's growth across Germany. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Being responsible for revenue (MRR) and regional growth.
  • Independently acquiring new clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Tracking sales performance and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
  • High energy level and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken German at C1 level).
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is a plus.
