Job Description
Doctolib is seeking an Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Milan. This role is the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, focusing on simplifying the lives of healthcare personnel and improving access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and contribute to the success of Doctolib in Italy.

Role involves:
  • Prospecting: Contacting healthcare facilities to schedule appointments.
  • Meetings: Planning and managing online meetings to present Doctolib.
  • Closing: Understanding client needs and presenting offers to bring them onboard.
  • Collecting feedback from peers and clients to improve sales activities.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in SaaS/tech or complex product sales.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energy, determination, and ambition.
  • Team-oriented with monthly targets.
  • Focus on professional growth.
  • Technological aptitude and interest in healthcare innovation.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (ideal).
  • Proficiency in English (ideal).
