Doctolib, a European leader in digital healthcare, is seeking an Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Passau. This role is pivotal in driving Doctolib's growth in Germany and engaging physicians with their innovative solutions. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure, while focusing on revenue generation and growth within their designated region. They will analyze the needs of healthcare professionals, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how Doctolib's digital solutions can address them. The role involves tracking performance using Salesforce and leveraging data to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience (ideally in field sales and B2B)
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills
  • High energy level and persuasive sales approach
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher)
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to customer sites
