Doctolib, a European leader in digital healthcare, is seeking an Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Ulm. This role is pivotal in driving Doctolib's growth in Germany and requires a candidate passionate about sales and eager to make a real impact on the healthcare sector.

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure. They will analyze the needs of healthcare professionals, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how Doctolib's digital solutions can benefit them. The ideal candidate will track their performance using Salesforce and leverage data to refine their sales strategies.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the entire sales process independently.
  • Being responsible for revenue and growth in the designated region.
  • Providing customer-focused consulting to healthcare professionals.
  • Tracking performance using Salesforce and data-driven sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales and B2B.
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • High energy level, passion for sales, and a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
