Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future of digital healthcare. This individual will be responsible for the Kassel region, driving sales and contributing to the company's growth.Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Being responsible for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in the assigned region.
  • Independently acquiring new doctors and acting as a consultant to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Tracking sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/field sales, ideally in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
  • High energy level, enthusiasm for sales, and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken German at C1 level).
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
