Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a passionate Account Executive to join their team in Schwerin. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and driving the digital transformation of the healthcare industry. The Account Executive will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure, and will play a key role in the company's growth in Germany. With approximately 3,000 colleagues across France, Germany, and Italy, Doctolib offers a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Role Involves:
- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Being responsible for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in the assigned region.
- Independently acquiring new doctors and acting as a consultant to understand their needs and challenges.
- Tracking sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
- High energy level, enthusiasm for sales, and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken German at C1 level).
- Valid Class B driver's license.
