Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Business Developer to join their team in Lille. The Business Developer will be responsible for connecting with healthcare professionals in the field and offering Doctolib solutions. This role involves direct interaction with practitioners to understand their needs and demonstrate how Doctolib can improve their practice management, increase visibility, save medical time, and enhance overall comfort.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting healthcare professionals in the field to secure appointments.
  • Selling Doctolib solutions by understanding and addressing the needs of practitioners.
  • Training healthcare professionals on how to use Doctolib's solutions within their practices.
  • Reporting activities and maintaining client records using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

  • Experience in field prospecting.
  • Passion for sales and motivation by challenges.
  • Autonomy and ability to manage a complete sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Degree from a business school, sales training, or equivalent university education (IUT/BTS/commercial license).
  • Appetite for the digital world.
