Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Commerciale (x/f/m) to join their team in Brescia, Italy. This role involves being the first point of contact for doctors and simplifying the lives of healthcare personnel through Doctolib's solutions. The Commerciale will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and meeting with healthcare professionals to closing deals and providing training. They will also gather feedback to improve team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

The role involves:
  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Presenting Doctolib and its Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding doctor's needs and presenting offers.
  • Training: Supporting doctors during installation and training.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve sales activities.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Passion for sales and desire to grow in this field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
