Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a motivated Commerciale (x/f/m) to join their team in the Imperia/Savona area. This role is the primary point of contact for physicians and involves simplifying healthcare professionals' lives through Doctolib's solutions.

The Commerciale will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to training, for Doctolib's services offered to Italian doctors.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Planning and managing meetings with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib's Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting Doctolib's offer to secure their partnership.
  • Training: Providing ongoing support to doctors during the installation and training phase.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve sales team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in this field.
  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
