Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Commerciale (x/f/m) to join their team in Romagna, Italy. This role is the first point of contact for doctors and involves simplifying the lives of healthcare professionals through Doctolib's solutions. The Commerciale will manage the entire sales cycle of Doctolib's services to Italian doctors.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
- Meeting: Planning and managing meetings to present Doctolib's Booking Management System.
- Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting the offer to bring them on board.
- Training: Supporting doctors during the installation and training phase.
- Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success.
Doctolib is looking for someone who:
- Has 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial roles.
- Is goal-oriented and passionate about sales.
- Ideally possesses entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Has a good level of English.
- Holds a driving license and is available for travel.
