Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Partnerships Manager to expand its reach among healthcare professionals through strategic collaborations. The Partnerships Team aims to integrate Doctolib's products and services with doctors and therapists via sales and product partnerships. The Partnerships Manager will identify, recruit, and manage partners to drive Doctolib's growth.

Role involves:

  • Generating new partnerships through screening, hunting, and pitching.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Managing lead generation from partners.
  • Representing Doctolib at industry events.
  • Sharing product knowledge with partners.
  • Ensuring smooth implementation of partnerships across departments.
  • Tracking and reporting on partnership performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Results-oriented with strong hunting and pitching skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive communication.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
  • Native-level German and fluent English; French is a plus.
