Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Partnerships Manager to expand the reach of its products and services through strategic collaborations with partners in the healthcare sector. The Partnerships Manager will focus on identifying, recruiting, and managing partners to drive growth and adoption of Doctolib's solutions.
The Partnerships Manager's responsibilities include:
- Generating new partnerships through screening, hunting, and pitching.
- Serving as the main point of contact for partners and nurturing relationships.
- Managing lead generation from partners.
- Representing Doctolib at industry events.
- Sharing product knowledge with partners.
- Ensuring the implementation of partnerships across internal departments.
- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in healthcare.
- Results-oriented and proactive approach.
- Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; French is a plus.
