Doctolib is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to expand its reach through strategic collaborations. The Partnerships Team aims to integrate Doctolib's products and services into the workflows of healthcare professionals via partnerships. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing partners to drive Doctolib's growth. This role involves building strong relationships with partners, ensuring their success, and optimizing processes for effective partner management.
Responsibilities: - Generate new partnerships through screening, hunting, and pitching.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage lead generation from partners.
- Represent Doctolib at industry events.
- Share Doctolib product knowledge with partners.
- Ensure the implementation of partnerships across internal departments.
- Track and report on partnership performance.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in healthcare.
- Results-oriented with strong execution skills.
- Excellent hunting and pitching abilities.
- Detail-oriented with proactive communication.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, multitasking as needed.
- Native-level German and fluent English; French is a plus.
