Doctolib, a leading European e-health platform, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth in Germany. This role involves promoting Doctolib's solutions to healthcare professionals in the München region. The Field Sales Manager will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, while achieving revenue targets and providing customer-focused consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales process independently.
- Being responsible for revenue and growth in the designated region.
- Analyzing the needs of physicians and offering tailored digital solutions.
- Tracking performance using Salesforce and refining sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales and B2B.
- Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
- High energy, passion for sales, and a confident demeanor.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
