Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner (x/f/m) to join their team in Imperia/Savona, Italy. This role is the primary point of contact for doctors, simplifying healthcare professionals' lives and improving access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions. The Field Sales Partner will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to training, for Doctolib's services offered to Italian doctors.
  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to secure appointments.
  • Meeting: Planning and managing meetings to present Doctolib's Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding doctor's needs and presenting offers to bring them onboard.
  • Training: Supporting doctors during installation and training.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve team activities and Doctolib's success.
Doctolib is looking for someone with:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial roles.
  • Experience working towards objectives.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in this field.
  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
