Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner (x/f/m) to join their team in Romagna, Italy. The Field Sales team serves as the primary point of contact for physicians. The role involves simplifying the lives of healthcare professionals and improving access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions. The Field Sales Partner will manage the entire sales cycle of Doctolib's services to Italian doctors.

The role involves:

  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors in the assigned area to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Planning and managing meetings with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib and its Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting Doctolib's offer to secure their adoption of the platform.
  • Training: Providing ongoing support to doctors during the installation and training phase.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback from peers and clients to improve team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial roles.
  • Experience working towards objectives.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in this field.
  • High level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
