Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Head of Autonomy to lead its development in the health and social care sector. This role involves defining and executing strategies to meet the needs of the sector, ensuring company growth, and improving the healthcare system. The Head of Autonomy will develop strategic visions, manage the client cycle, and build partnerships within the medico-social ecosystem. They will also lead a multidisciplinary team towards ambitious goals, identifying and realizing opportunities for Doctolib's sustainable growth.

Role Involves:
  • Defining and deploying the go-to-market strategy.
  • Analyzing market opportunities and building detailed business plans.
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team of 8 to 10 people.
  • Supervising the complete client acquisition cycle.
  • Developing the existing client portfolio through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Building strategic partnerships with key sector stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Solid expertise in the medico-social sector (EHPAD, disability, home care).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a B2B sales team.
  • Proficiency in digital tools.
  • Strategic vision and analytical skills.
  • Ability to unite and develop a team around ambitious goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with activity management using figures and KPIs.
