Doctolib is seeking a passionate Inside Sales Manager to join their team in Munich. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth across Germany by promoting a product that significantly benefits society. The Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in transforming and digitalizing the healthcare sector.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Being responsible for revenue (MRR) and regional growth.
  • Independently acquiring new clients and acting as a consultant to understand their needs.
  • Tracking sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • No fear of cold calling and ability to spark interest in potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and self-motivated.
  • Friendly and open-minded.
  • Native-level German and good English skills.
  • Experience in acquisition and sales is a plus.
