Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Junior Project Manager E-Health to join their team in Hannover. This role focuses on implementing Doctolib's SaaS solution and onboarding clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful integration of Doctolib into healthcare practices, providing consultation on appointment scheduling optimization and online strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Doctolib's concept in medical practices and advising clients on optimizing appointment scheduling and online strategies.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal departments during project implementation.
- Ensuring Doctolib is perfectly integrated into existing processes and configuring the Doctolib calendar system according to client needs.
- Managing user training.
- Ensuring a smooth handover to customer support after successful project implementation.
- Contributing to the continuous development of the product as a product expert.
Requirements:
- A vocational training with relevant reference, a degree or comparable - a degree in health management / health economics is a plus.
- Initial professional experience in working with customers, in project management or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare.
- Well-structured, analytical thinking, and ability to maintain an overview even in intensive project phases.
- Flexible, committed, and enjoys working in a fast-growing and dynamic work environment.
- Native-level German and business-fluent English.
