Key accounts Customer Success Intern (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Key Accounts Customer Success Intern to join its Hospitals Business Unit in Milan. This role involves implementing and monitoring Doctolib solutions in hospitals and large organizations, ensuring high client satisfaction. The intern will support the team in various areas, contributing to project success and client alignment with strategy.Responsibilities:

• Setting up project frameworks and governance with clients.
• Participating in project meetings and coordinating streams.
• Identifying and solving potential roadblocks.
• Providing recommendations for integrating Doctolib into client environments.
• Supporting the team in planning future developments and ensuring user autonomy.
• Establishing relevant KPIs to monitor project success.

Requirements:

• Studying in Healthcare Economics or Biomedical Engineering.
• Comfortable with SAAS technologies or keen interest in tech.
• Analytical mindset and project structuring skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Problem-solving abilities and clear explanation skills.
• Native Italian speaker with fluency in English.
