Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a passionate Sales Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Hannover. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth in Germany and requires someone who is enthusiastic about sales and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming and digitizing the healthcare industry.
Role involves:
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Being responsible for the revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in the designated region.
- Independently acquiring new physicians and acting as a consultant to understand their needs and challenges.
- Tracking sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/field sales, ideally in B2B solutions.
- Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
- High energy level, enthusiasm for sales, and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken German at C1 level).
- Class B driver's license.
- Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is a plus.
