Doctolib is seeking a Senior Account Executive (x/f/m) to drive the launch and scaling of their innovative Praxissoftware across Germany. This role is pivotal in reshaping the digital health sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in market development, sales leadership, and achieving revenue targets. Role Involves:
- Strategic expansion of Praxissoftware in the German market.
- Market development through collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Excellence teams.
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Responsibility for achieving specific revenue goals (MRR).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven success in software sales, including 3 years in Praxissoftware sales within the medical sector.
- Experience in field sales within the German healthcare system, particularly with established medical practices.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding complex structures and developing user-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in coordinating internal and external stakeholders and resolving complex technical issues.
- Native-level German and fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in communication with decision-makers at C-level.
