The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth in Germany by promoting Doctolib's solutions to healthcare professionals. This role involves managing the entire sales process, achieving revenue targets, and providing customer-focused consulting.
Role Involves:
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Achieving revenue and growth targets in the designated region.
- Analyzing the needs of healthcare professionals and offering tailored solutions.
- Tracking performance using Salesforce and using data for sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in field sales and B2B.
- Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
- High energy, passion for sales, and a professional demeanor.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
- Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to customer sites.
