Doctolib, a European leader in digital healthcare, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Würzburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth in Germany by promoting Doctolib's solutions to healthcare professionals. This role involves managing the entire sales process, achieving revenue targets, and providing customer-focused consulting.

Role Involves:
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Achieving revenue and growth targets in the designated region.
  • Analyzing the needs of healthcare professionals and offering tailored solutions.
  • Tracking performance using Salesforce and using data for sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in field sales and B2B.
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • High energy, passion for sales, and a professional demeanor.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to customer sites.
