Doctolib, a European leader in digital healthcare, is seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Nürnberg. This role is pivotal in driving Doctolib's growth in Germany by engaging and inspiring doctors with their innovative solutions.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful deal closure. He will be responsible for revenue generation and growth within their designated region, providing customer-focused advice to understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and demonstrate how Doctolib's digital solutions can address their needs. The ideal candidate will track their performance using Salesforce and leverage data to refine their sales strategies.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the entire sales process independently.
  • Being responsible for revenue and growth in the region.
  • Providing customer-centric consulting.
  • Tracking performance with Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience (ideally in field sales and B2B).
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • High energy level and persuasive sales approach.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
