Job Description
Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Lead Piercer to join their team in Seattle, WA. The Lead Piercer will be the heart of the Mejuri Piercing Studio, elevating customer service, boosting profitability, and creating an environment where jewelry dreams come true. They will work with state-of-the-art equipment and studios, network with fellow piercers, and have mentorship opportunities.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing the piercing customer journey from start to finish.
- Managing all aspects of the piercing studio.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Styling, stacking, and suggesting products for piercing clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
- Experience working with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewellery.
- Up to date with First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
- Experience working with autoclaves.
- Understanding of local market piercing law requirements.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
