Job Description
Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Lead Piercer to join their team in London. This role involves elevating customer service, boosting profitability, and creating a welcoming environment in the piercing studio. The Lead Piercer will oversee the customer journey, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and manage the piercing studio's operations.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing the piercing customer journey.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Managing inventory and ordering equipment.
- Providing expertise in jewelry styling and ear stack design.
- Ensuring legal compliance and proper record keeping.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of needle piercing experience.
- Experience with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewelry.
- Up-to-date First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
- Experience working with autoclaves.
- Understanding of local market piercing law requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
