Lead Piercer

Job Description

Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Lead Piercer for their studio located in King of Prussia Mall. The Lead Piercer will be the central figure in the Mejuri Piercing Studio, responsible for enhancing customer service, increasing profitability, and fostering an environment where customers' jewelry aspirations are realized.

The role involves working with cutting-edge studios and equipment, including needle piercing and gold and titanium jewelry. The Lead Piercer will collaborate with fellow piercers, exchange insights, and have opportunities for mentorship. Mejuri offers flexible roles, including full-time and part-time positions, and is open to discussing relocation to other markets.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the piercing customer journey from start to finish.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
• Managing all aspects of the piercing studio.
• Styling, stacking, and suggesting products for piercing clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with needle piercing.
• Experience working with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewelry.
• Up-to-date First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
