Job Description
Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team in Boston. The Floor Lead will be a valuable member of the store leadership team and contribute to the overall success of the store. They will champion exceptional customer service standards, coach and develop the team, and ensure day-to-day business operations are expertly executed and maintained.

The role involves:
  • Enabling a memorable and personalized customer service experience.
  • Executing selling programs and maintaining product knowledge.
  • Achieving KPIs and driving sales through clienteling.
  • Supporting operational workflows and maintaining store standards.
  • Partnering with the Visual Lead to analyze KPIs and monitor stock levels.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Adaptability and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop action plans.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work outside of regular hours on occasion including evenings, weekends & holidays.
