Job Description
Remote is seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist to enhance the onboarding journey for new employees across the globe. This role involves contributing to shaping the future of global employment within the EOR Operations team. The Onboarding Operations Specialist will report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations.

Role Involves:
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation.
  • Taking ownership of the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, meeting all operational requirements.
  • Collaborating with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience.
  • Seeking and implementing enhancements to the onboarding experience.
  • Managing and maintaining employee data, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Contributing to reporting, audits, and data integrity projects.
  • Identifying and championing automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes.

Requirements:
  • Extensive operations experience with a strong understanding of people operations.
  • Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, skilled in using collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an international, remote team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
  • Skilled in organising and maintaining knowledge and content resources.
