Job Description
Runwise, a climate-tech startup focused on energy efficiency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing customer outcomes and driving solutions that meet their needs. The Product Manager will be an advocate for customers within the company, communicating how and why they use Runwise's products.
Responsibilities include:
- Discovering solutions for revenue opportunities
- Prioritizing customer outcomes
- Establishing product vision
- Communicating customer insights
- Contributing to product strategy
- Partnering with engineers
- Developing understanding of Runwise’s technology
- Challenging the status quo
- Implementing product development practices
- Defining and analyzing metrics
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in a product/engineering organization
- Experience shaping product development
- Ability to analyze customer needs
- Strong design sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb technical concepts
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with integrated hardware and software (a plus)
