Remote is seeking a CRO & Personalization Manager to enhance user engagement and conversion through targeted personalization and optimization. In this role, he/she will collaborate with UX and experimentation teams to create personalized, data-driven customer journeys.Remote is a company focused on solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. What this role involves:
- Building and executing a strategic personalization program.
- Optimizing user flows and implementing conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Managing the end-to-end testing process, including hypothesis development, execution, and reporting.
- Analyzing website user behavior and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution.
- Experience managing CRO and web personalization programs.
- Proven track record of A/B and multivariate testing.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
- Deep understanding of UX and conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English.
