Remote is seeking a CRO & Personalization Manager to enhance user experience and drive conversions through targeted personalization and optimization strategies. The role involves collaborating with UX and experimentation teams to create personalized, data-driven online journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a strategic personalization program.
  • Optimize user flows and implement conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Utilize tools such as VWO, Hotjar, GA4, and Google Analytics to track, test, and analyze website performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end testing process, from hypothesis to implementation.
  • Report performance insights and ROI impact of CRO and personalization efforts to senior management.
  • Continuously analyze website user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Design, SEO, Website Management, and Growth Engineering

Requirements:

  • Experienced managing CRO and web personalization programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests and analyzing results.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
  • Deep understanding of UX, testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English
