Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a Growth Manager to be a key driver in their fast-growing digital media practice. The Growth Manager will shape new client partnerships with local and global brands. This role involves leading from initial contact to delivering solutions that meet client needs through RFPs, public tenders, pitch consultants, or their own network. The Growth Manager will ensure a smooth handover to internal teams and oversee the onboarding process. They will collaborate with strategy, digital media, data, and creative teams to unlock new opportunities.

The Growth Manager will be part of the New Business and Account Management team, taking charge of new business initiatives. They will work on RFPs, pitches, public tenders, and processes led by pitch consultants, as well as leads from their own network. The Growth Manager will connect with potential new clients through meaningful conversations at events. They will collaborate with specialist teams within DEPT® and serve as the central link between various international teams. The Growth Manager will represent DEPT® towards key partners such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, and TikTok.

Role Involves:

  • Leading new business initiatives from engagement to onboarding.
  • Working on RFPs, pitches, and public tenders.
  • Collaborating with specialist teams within DEPT®.
  • Representing DEPT® towards key partners.
  • Ensuring client and colleague satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in media or advertising.
  • Experience with the creative side of advertising.
  • Solid commercial experience in competitive processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of digital media, SEO, Content, Data, Marketing Automation, and CRM.
  • Basic understanding of offline marketing.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Danish.
  • Being directly available to start working in Denmark.
