Remote is seeking a CRO & Personalization Manager to drive customer engagement and conversion through personalization and optimization strategies. This individual contributor will enhance user experience and deliver measurable business impact, collaborating with UX and experimentation teams. This role reports to the Senior Manager for Growth Marketing and offers the chance to develop expertise in CRO and data-driven optimization.

Role Involves:

  • Building and executing a strategic personalization program.
  • Optimizing user flows and implementing conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Utilizing tools like VWO, Hotjar, GA4, and Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance.
  • Managing the end-to-end testing process.
  • Reporting performance insights and ROI impact of CRO and personalization efforts.
  • Continuously analyzing website user behavior and identifying optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing CRO and web personalization programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
  • Deep understanding of UX, testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email/CRM principles is a strong plus.
  • Experience working asynchronously with global teams is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English.
