Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a strategic-minded Mid to Senior Resource Manager to join their Creative & Media capacity planning and resourcing practice across Northern European teams. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient resource allocation and capacity management in the dynamic digital marketing landscape, supporting the company's business growth.

The Resource Manager will be responsible for the effective utilization of billable team members within the Creative & Media team, ensuring optimal casting practices, nimble operations, and appropriate billable headcount. They will act as an expert matchmaker, understanding project needs, team skills, and how to curate the best team for the best possible work. The Resource Manager will proactively partner with the Commercial team to evaluate the new business pipeline and plan for future resourcing needs.

Requirements:

• A background in resource management, traffic management creative services or creative project management in a digital, media, or creative agency industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years (Medior) & 5-7 years (Senior) in a resource management role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology, and creative services
• Proficiency in resource management software and tools
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Business and conversationally proficient English language skills
