DEPT® is seeking a Senior Traffic / Resource Manager to join their Creative & Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient resource allocation and capacity management across Northern European teams. This role requires a strategic-minded individual who can balance the supply and demand of resources, ensuring optimal team utilization and alignment with business goals.
The role involves:
Identifying and evaluating capacity constraints and opportunities.
Developing accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Mitigating potential risks in the resourcing plan.
Working closely with account management, creative teams, operations, and sales.
Acting as a mediator in resource conflicts and prioritization challenges.
Tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to leadership.
Ensuring compliance with company policies related to resource management.
Requirements:
A background in resource management, traffic management, creative services, or creative project management in a digital, media, or creative agency industry, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a resource management role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology, and creative services.
Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Business and conversationally proficient English language skills
