Remote is seeking a CRO & Personalization Manager to enhance customer engagement and conversion through targeted personalization and optimization strategies. This individual contributor will play a crucial role in improving user experience and driving measurable business impact. The role involves collaborating with UX and experimentation teams to create personalized, data-driven customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a strategic personalization program, creating tailored web experiences for multiple personas and segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Design, SEO, Website Management, and Growth Engineering teams.
  • Optimize user flows and implement conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website performance.
  • Utilize tools such as VWO, Hotjar, GA4, and Google Analytics to track, test, and analyze website performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end testing process, from hypothesis development to implementation of insights.
  • Report performance insights and ROI impact of CRO and personalization efforts to senior management.
  • Continuously analyze website user behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing CRO and web personalization programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results, and implementing successful strategies.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, SEO, and Sales.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar.
  • Deep understanding of UX, testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email/CRM principles.
  • Experience working asynchronously with global teams is desirable.
  • Fluent English.
