Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Creative & Media team in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The team blends storytelling and performance-driven strategies with technology to create digital experiences for clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff. The Senior Project Manager will guide the team in executing media campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEA, social media, and programmatic advertising.

The Senior Project Manager will understand customer needs, create schedules, monitor budgets, and exceed expectations. They will communicate project progress to clients and coordinate deliverables with the team. The role requires someone who can manage campaigns, maintain focus, meet deadlines, and oversee budgets.

Role Involves:

  • Working with a range of clients on different projects
  • Managing end-to-end media campaigns and projects (SEO, SEA, Programmatic advertisement, Social advertising)
  • Ensuring qualitative work is delivered on time
  • Serving as the key contact for clients, providing resources, and addressing problems and solutions
  • Assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in both project management and digital marketing
  • Experience managing digital marketing projects: SEO, SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, and CRO
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira
  • Ability to align stakeholders and team
  • Experience on the agency side
  • Experience with A-brands and their digital performance issues
  • University level of thinking and working
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
