What this role involves: - Developing and implementing new marketing initiatives across various channels.
- Creating data-driven hypotheses to optimize conversion and key performance metrics.
- Owning and reporting on analytics across the funnel and all marketing initiatives.
- Developing and growing a high-performing global performance marketing team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve channel performance.
- Monitoring competitors and providing strategic recommendations.
- Overseeing affiliate marketing programs.
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve customer experience.
What Remote is looking for: - Solid experience in a Senior Leadership or Director or above level within Performance Marketing.
- Extensive experience in paid media management with a focus on ROI/revenue-based goals.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive expertise in digital advertising, ROI management, and budget management.
- Experience growing distribution and scale across various channels (email, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Adwords).
- Skilled in content development supported by SEO optimization and PPC strategy.
- Excellent storyteller using data.
- Driven and creative with the ability to find solutions to advertising obstacles.
