Job Description
DEPT® is seeking a Mid-level Paid Media Manager to drive paid search and social performance. The candidate will be responsible for client management and delegation of production resources. They will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading weekly calls and answering emails. The Paid Media Manager will also design and execute paid search and social channel strategy, working with vendor reps and senior team members to refine strategies.
Role Involves:
- Maintaining understanding of paid media channels.
- Driving account strategy to achieve client goals.
- Developing and executing account management techniques.
- Creating client roadmaps, testing plans, and reports.
- Managing client portfolio performance and budgets.
- Leading client calls and presenting optimization strategies.
- Ensuring quality assurance in all account management efforts.
- Owning the relationship with platform reps.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of paid search & social experience (Google Ads & Meta ads a must).
- Comfortable with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
- Proven experience presenting findings and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (proficient in Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
