Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Advertising Consultant to join their Digital Marketing team in Zurich. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from the office or remotely.

The Programmatic Advertising Consultant will be responsible for managing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing campaigns for performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients, and leading programmatic best practices within the team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and experience in managing campaigns on the Google stack (DV360, CM360). Experience working with The Trade Desk is also preferable. Channel experience required for this role includes: video, display, digital audio, digital outdoor, and CTV.

Role Involves:

  • Devising strategies and turning them into best-in-class tactics for advertisers.
  • Managing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, mainly DV360 & Campaign Manager, alongside DMPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Analyzing campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Delivering and presenting work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & German language
  • Relevant & proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a knowledge of the Google Stack, Google Ads (Display/Video), Campaign Manager, and GMP; other DSPs (e.g. Adform, Tradedesk, DV360, Amazon DSP) are advantageous.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting plans to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in managing programmatic campaigns in video and display; digital audio, digital out of home, and CTV channels are advantageous.
