Job Description
DEPT® is seeking a Programmatic Lead to join their team in the Netherlands. This role involves driving the direction of the programmatic team, fostering a supportive environment for team members, and growing the business. The Programmatic Lead will collaborate with international offices, identify new opportunities, and ensure the delivery of high-value services to clients. They will also devise strategies, manage campaigns, and translate results into actionable insights.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and delivering programmatic buying services to clients.
  • Overall commercial responsibility for the team’s growth.
  • Setting ambitious targets and devising plans to achieve them.
  • Actively leading and developing ways of working within Programmatic.
  • Collaborating with international offices to align with DEPT® standards.
  • Constantly seeking the latest opportunities that add value for customers.
  • Devising strategies and managing campaigns for clients.
  • Translating results into insights and new plans.


Requirements:
  • Extensive, relevant programmatic experience (Google Ads, DSPs, GMP, Analytics).
  • Experience guiding other people.
  • Experience with the Dutch and/or Nordic publisher landscape.
  • Analytical, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Experience creating strategic proposals and campaign plans.
  • Experience engaging in commercial and pitch activity.
  • Ability to translate and present complex results clearly.
