This role involves planning and implementing the payroll chapter, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across specific countries. The Manager will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external payroll matters, lead and support the Payroll team, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of international payroll laws.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to the Payroll team.
  • Overseeing the complete payroll function and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Serving as a point of contact for payroll-related matters.
  • Leading, unblocking, and supporting the Payroll team.
  • Staying updated on international payroll laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.
  • Managing relationships with payroll, accounting, and service providers.
  • Developing and implementing best practices and key performance indicators.
Remote requires:
  • Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
  • Understanding of global payroll best practices.
  • Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and native German.
