Grafana Labs is seeking a Demand Generation Associate to lead campaigns that drive users from awareness to adoption and support the company's land and expand motion. This role requires a strong focus on multi-channel campaign management, with expertise in email nurture, website optimization, and paid channels. - Help manage and scale AI-driven nurture flows.
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Leverage web optimization tools to continuously enhance user experiences and conversions.
- Define KPIs for campaign success and continuously monitor performance.
- Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and product teams to create compelling, personalized messaging.
- Partner with Sales and SDRs to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
Requirements for the role include:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- Expertise in email nurture, website optimization, and paid media.
- Foundational understanding of AI prompt writing.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience in high-growth environments.
