Role Involves:
- Building and maintaining knowledge of technology, competitors, and industry trends.
- Following up on inbound leads effectively.
- Using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads.
- Using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
- Prioritizing and customizing outreach to target prospects.
- Driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs.
- Consistently meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
