Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive, Growth, to expand its business in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will identify and close opportunities with existing customers, manage forecasts, and track customer data. Grafana Labs values a consultative sales approach, emphasizing understanding customer needs before presenting product solutions. This role involves:
- Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
- Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
- A consistent history of goal achievement in a competitive environment.
- An energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player attitude.
- Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with open-source technology (a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
- Must be located in Singapore.
