Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across the Nordics region. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will employ a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before presenting product solutions. Grafana Labs values expertise in articulating product value, collaborating with customers during trial phases, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Growth team.Role involves:
- Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals
- Outbound prospecting into net-new customers
- Managing all aspects of the sales process
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Managing sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
- Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies
- Experience using Salesforce
- Familiarity with open source technology
- Excellent communicator in all channels
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
