Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to focus on acquisition within the North East region of the US. The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. Grafana Labs emphasizes a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before presenting products. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience selling technical products.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
- Outbound prospecting into net-new customers
- Manage all aspects of the sales process
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Understand and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
- Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies
- Experience using Salesforce
- Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage
- Excellent communicator in all channels
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
