Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive, Growth, to expand business across the USA. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will articulate the value of Grafana's products and work with customers during the trial phase, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.Role involves:
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers
  • Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process
  • Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Managing sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open-source technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
